German Female fronted thrash metal act DYING GORGEOUS LIES just recently joined the German Thrash titans DESTRUCTION, as Main Support, on their shows in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. See photos and read below the band’s recap of the shows.
“Together with our brothers from Destruction we brought teutonic thrash inferno over Russia in February. We visited St. Petersburg and Moscow and had an incredible great time. Though the temperatures and the snow were kind of creepy, everything worked out great, including the high-speed train from Petersburg to Moscow and all the organisational stuff.
Once more we have to emphasize the Russian hospitality. It’s incredible how good the Russian people treat their guests, they made us feel at home from second one. We met many old fans and friends that already saw our shows 2 years ago as we toured Russia with Suicidal Angels. And of course we made many new friends during these shows. What more can we say? DGL love Russia and we left with the promise of a soon return đ ”
