The first incarnation of Asenblut occurred when Tetzel, Jan and Schlecki founded the group in 2006. Due to educational commitments the group had to be put on hold. In 2008, Tetzel resurrected the project with Claus Cleinkrieg.
Asenblut released their demo entitled ‘Kampfruf’ in 2008. They have released 3 full-length releases since the demo. With the release titled ‘Berserker’, Asenblut began gaining more notice in the metal scene.
In 2018, Asenblut released an EP entitled ‘Legenden’ on AFM Records and are poised to storm the world with their unique Viking metal.
