Rising black metal outfit STORMRULER are pleased to announce that they will join the lineup for this year’s highly anticipated ‘Devastation On The Nation’ North American tour! The midwestern duo will take the place of their vaunted label-mates Wolfheart, who announced their withdrawal from the bill as they work to finish their upcoming studio record.
