CHABTAN evolves in the concept of Mesoamerican mythologies and cultures, with this 3rd album, you’ll experience destruction, blood, war, and cruelty in the name of religion and ideology, and songs such as “Anacaona” and “Des Cannibales” will take you through the story of colonisation and the forced conversion of Mesoamericans to Christianity.
“Valladolid”, our new video, will show you how an ancestral Goddess can transform priests into murderers in this reliving of annihilation that Spanish conquistadors have created throughout the 15th & 16th centuries.
