German Metallers Poisoned Hestia Released Sophomore Album "All The Way Down"

POISONED HESTIA is an independent alternative rock band from Germany, formed in 1991 under the moniker ‘13th Floor’ by singer Oliver Lynch and guitarist Vince D. Will. Their musical style is influenced by late eighties sub-culture genres like gothic rock, heavy metal, post-punk, wave and industrial.
In 1995 band went on hiatus, but after almost 25 years they back in the original line-up and the band finally recorded and delivered their long-awaited debut album “Subtle Seduction” (2019).

Three years later and more specifically 21 July 2021, POISONED HESTIA released brand new album “All The Way Down” which is the second full-length effort, containing ten completely new tracks, showcasing the edgier side of the musicians. Nevertheless, the songs have some nineties vibe and the POISONED HESTIAtrademarks, but they also show that the band has come a long way since their early days, especially in regards to composition and arrangement skills.
There is a recurring theme of various apocalyptic scenarios throughout the album. Besides that, the lyrics deal with mental illness, megalomania, voodoo, cultism and delusions of faith. An unsettling video for the song “All Is Dead” was released together with the album.
New album was mixed and mastered at Modern Nihilism Recordings in Toulouse (France) and is available on all major streaming services. Limited CD is available at their Bandcamp profile.
