Orbiter Release New Single and Music Video “Beneath”; Debut Album “Hollow World” out in September 2023

Riff worshippers Orbiter will be issuing their debut full length album Hollow World in September 2023 via Argonauta Records. The band has now released Beneath, the second single from the album, as a music video and on music streaming platforms. The four-piece from Helsinki, Finland, base their sound on grinding doom metal heaviness, with a good dose of grungy influences and ethereal psychedelia thrown in the mix.

Beneath is about getting drowned by some of the hardships of life, and struggling through painful currents. Sometimes you just need to hold on and wait for the right rapid to pull you back to the surface. Beneath is also one of the most energetic songs we’ve written, and we wanted to create an action-packed and trippy music video to reflect that”, states vocalist Carolin Koss.

The upcoming album was recorded at Coal House Studio and Soundwell Studio by producer Hiili Hiilesmaa and sound engineer Sakari Ikonen. The album was mastered by Ted Jensen, who has previously worked with luminaries such as The Eagles, Alice In Chains, and Mastodon. Hollow World will be released on 22 September 2023 via Argonauta Records on vinyl, CD, and digital editions.
