Perth Metal Powerhouse Unveil Their Acoustic Rendition Of ‘Ghost’

Perth’s Metal Powerhouse Tempest Rising release an Acoustic Rendition of their single ‘Ghosts’. Typically featuring heavy dropped tuned guitars, fast paced drums and Vin Trikeriotis signature extreme vocals, Tempest Rising surprise fans by unveiling this stripped back and heartfelt masterpiece.

‘Ghosts II’ treats the listener to finger picked passages masterfully layered with moody fretwork and melancholic synth to create an emotive soundscape for Trikeriotis’s resonant vocals. Delivering an engaging and expressive composition with a vital message about dealing with failure, Tempest Rising, bring you their unique musical tapestry that is both breathtaking and awe-inspiring in its most authentic and raw form.

Frontman Vin Trikeriotis on the new release “Ghosts is about succumbing to despair as failure dictates your life. Life has been particularly hard for many people in recent times, so we decided to re-create the song in a more somber tone to give it a deeper meaning and showcase the band on a new emotional depth”

Carving their way through the Australian metal scene the band has toured globally with heavyweights such as Marduk, Kataklysm, and Hypocrisy, including headlining a European tour and performing alongside Arch Enemy, Sepultura, Drowning Pool, Sevendust, Apocalyptica, and many more. Coming off a successful release of their new singles ‘Downfall’ & ‘Awakening’ Tempest Rising are the epitome of hard working virtuosic musicians proving that even a global pandemic will not stop them!
