Senses
Out Of Line
Out: July 27, 2024

The Modern Glam Metal has a new representative band, they are called Senses

and they come from Greece. Their debut album is entitled “Out Of Line”, the lyrics have to do with, love, rejection and the ups and downs of the relationships.

“Silent Disco” is the first song of the album, it is a song about flirting, it has electro pop, melodies from the eighties and catchy chorus. “Lonely” is a song about loneliness, and the desire that one has to be with the person they like, fast, with elements from the Greek Power Metal scene and with impressive solos .”Hard Action” heavy, mid-tempo and full of hope and determination , sometimes is do or die. “I know” is a pure Glam Mental track with many variations in it’s rhythm were the guitar riff and vocals emphasize the sense of melancholy, is all about the realization that is a one way love. “Out Of Line” is the titular song of the album fast passes, with melodic solos and great bass parts, when you want something, you have to take it whatever the cost, even if it is for just one night.” Under Your Spell” the ballad of the band, with a romantic and easy to sing with chorus for live performances, it’s about the feeling of emptiness, when you can’t be with the one you love. “Give Me Life” has sharp and guitar riffs a mixture of Hard Rock and Glam Metal, love gives a breath of life and hope will it happen? That is the question.

“Out Of Line” is great debut album, it’s a mix of Glam Mental from the eighties and many elements from Power and Progressive influences from the Greek Metal Scene. The production is excellent and I think that it will captivate the interest of a wide range of age groups.
