“Dynamite is a song that details how anxiety can be very intense and sudden. The song uses an explosion as a metaphor, detailing how anxiety is a disruption of peace and joy, which is usually sudden. So this captures the helplessness or probably isolation one feels during such times so the message presented would resonate with any person who has had to deal with anxiety. Dynamite strongly expresses the mental rampage caused by anxiety attacks”.
