OTHERWORLDLY ENTITY RELEASES ACOUSTIC ALBUM “INSIDE-OUT” FEATURING THE SINGLE “RED FLAGS”
The band’s eclectic influences and unique origin story shine through in their latest release.
Otherworldly Entity, the genre-blending band formed by Zlatko Grozl and John Harris in 2018, is thrilled to announce the release of their acoustic album, Inside-Out. This special project reimagines some of their most popular songs in a full-band studio acoustic style, showcasing the raw talent and emotional depth that fans have come to love. The album features the hauntingly beautiful single,“Red Flags,”which captures the band’s signature blend of intensity and melody.
The band’s journey began during a road trip in 2018 when Harris, a seasoned paranormal investigator, suggested the name “John Harris and the Otherworldly Entities” for live shows. “At first, Z wasn’t sold on it, but by the end of the trip, he liked it,” recalls Harris. After feedback from a renowned producer in 2019, the band evolved into Otherworldly Entity, embracing the idea of being one cohesive “Entity” as a group rather than a solo project.
Their influences are as diverse as their sound, blending European folk music with nu-metal elements from bands like System of a Down, Cold, and Deftones.
Inside-Out strips away the distortion and brings forward an acoustic vulnerability that highlights the band’s songwriting craftsmanship.
