London modern metal band, URNE – Joe Nally (vocals, bass), Angus Neyra (guitar), James Cook (drums) and Kurtis Bagley (guitar) – have revealed a video clip for ‘Breathe’, a track from their newly released studio album, Setting Fire To The Sky.
On the song, Urne frontman, Joe Nally, explains, “After seven tracks of loud, crunching riffs, ‘Breathe’ feels like the perfect way to close the record, letting everything exhale. And we were extremely lucky and honoured to have the amazing Jo Quail guest on this song.”
Nally continues, “I originally wrote the track around 14 years ago, but it took Angus tweaking a few elements to finally make it click, to make it feel complete. Lyrically, there is a link here to the final number on our previous album, ‘A Feast On Sorrow’, but with this new record we are very much looking forward.”
On the video, Nally adds, “We wanted the clip to reflect the mood and space of the music, and as always, Loki absolutely delivered.”

Setting Fire To The Sky, whips up a firestorm of grit, swagger and grandiosity. Produced by SikTh co-vocalist Justin Hill, mixed by Johann Meyer (Silvercord Studio) and mastered by Tony Lindstrom at Fascination Street Studio, the album blends snarling hardcore, extreme inflections with a strong sense of heavy metal’s inherent classicism, all of the elements burning together within Urne’s burial chamber, propelling the band forward.
Guesting on the record, you’ll hear innovative cellist Jo Quail on melancholy album closer, ‘Breathe’, whilst the nine-minute-plus undulating epic, ‘Harken The Waves’, released as a single / video earlier this year, features guest vocals from Mastodon’s Troy Sanders.
