The band states: “Soul Staller is Romeo’s ode to all the gamblers of the night – those who hide in the darkness, sipping their last drink, fleeing from their fears while chasing new ones. They are those who gather in the dirtiest, smoke-filled clubs we’ve always known and called home. Picture this: you take a seat in the most notorious underground gambling den in the city. You pour yourself a drink and light the first cigarette of the night, convinced it will be just another ordinary night of madness in the backstreets of a run-down district. But then, a figure suddenly emerges from the shadows. And the story begins”.
Romeo is a Loud & Proud rock ‘n’ roll band formed in 2024. Inspired by the vintage, iconic sound of the mid-’70s and early ’80s, Romeo channels the spirit of artists such as Thin Lizzy, UFO, Cheap Trick and The Dogs D’Amour. Their goal has always been to craft music that feels refined, yet built to ignite the room.
Recorded at Slack Studios and Fico Studio by Romeo and Fede Randi, “Deja Vu Letters” is set for release on May 29, 2026.
