ron Fortress Records is proud to announce the signing of Seattle death metal outfit Re-buried. The band’s arrival on the label is marked by a CD repress of their revered sophomore full-length, ‘Flesh Mourning’, with pre-orders available now.
Re-buried have forged a formidable presence in the death metal underground since 2019. Following their 2023 debut ‘Repulsive Nature’, the band returned with ‘Flesh Mourning’ in 2025, further sinking their sound into the darker corners of the death metal underground. Rooted in the dank, swampy traditions of old-school death metal, Re-buried channel the cavernous atmosphere of Incantation and the macabre sensibilities of Autopsy through fetid riffs, lumbering grooves and horrifying, inhuman vocals.
Recorded and mixed by Greg Wilkinson, with artwork by Rodrigo Pereira Salvatierra, ‘Flesh Mourning’ is exhumed once more on CD through Iron Fortress Records.
As they join the ranks of the Iron Fortress legion, Re-buried will descend upon Japan this autumn in league with Rat King for the ‘Flesh for the Abyss’ tour, including an appearance at the legendary Asakusa Deathfest.
