Morbid Angel have announced the details for their brand new studio album, “Kingdoms Disdained”, out on December 1st. 6 years on from their previous album, Kingdoms Disdained finds legendary guitarist and founder Trey Azagthoth reigniting his creative alchemy with vocalist/bassist Steve Tucker to create a crushingly heavy and highly apocalyptic soundtrack for these increasingly dark times. Relentless and unrepentant Kingdoms Disdained abounds with sheer, brutal power, complex changes and a gloriously violent death metal underpinning, an album designed to confront fans and non-believers alike, with Tucker’s lyrics destined to spark deep conversation on several angles of mysticism and darkness.
Available on 180g black vinyl and as a stunning lenticular digipak CD, there will also be a super deluxe box set containing a leatherette book with the album split across six 7″ vinyl, a CD digipak with demo recordings, a dinkle adapter with the Blasphegram artwork and a blasphegram pendant housed in an exclusive jewellery box.
