Today, the long-awaited and highly acclaimed concept album THORNSTAR bythe Hamburg band LORD OF THE LOST and the lyric video for the third single ” Haythor ” will be released via Napalm Records .
With THORNSTAR the band around front man Chris Harms has succeeded in creating an epochal work about the vanished high culture of the Pangaen, which presents itself in hitherto unimagined facets, as well as in a sonorous and emotionally extraordinary depth. If the previous albums were already prominently represented in the upper regions of the German album charts, the band with their sixth studio album will be an easy one to build on these successes – if not surpass them.
In the Lyric video for the third single comes with ” Haythor now the counterpart” Morgana’s appearance. ” Haythor“Symbolizes in the mythology of the Pangaen everything dark and the moon, and stands for selfishness, suffering and possessive love. He contrasts Morgana , the goddess of light, unconditional love and the sun, thus completing the universe. Musically, the third single, through their typical LORD OF THE LOST sound, completes an otherwise very experimental and extraordinary album: The dark rock in light-flooded surf.
