ZØRORMR is a black metal project founded in 2009 in Opole (PL) by Moloch, also the creator of electronic music.
Once again, ZØRORMR returns to wreak havoc and corrupt minds with its latest release entitled “The Monolith“. Many years in the making, this record is an enormous, almost 45 minutes effort full of nihilism, misanthropy, and hate towards the indifferent world. With its raw and brutal guitar work, fiery vocals, and impressive drum work, “The Monolith” combines the basement style of ZØRORMR’s debut album “Kval” with the production qualities of “Corpus Hermeticum”.
It’s the most personal and candid ZØRORMR album to date! A record worthy of its title.
Guitars, bass and vocals were recorded by Moloch in Red Dragon Studio in Opole. Drums were recorded by Łukasz “Icanraz” Sarnacki in Dobra 12 Studio in Bialystok. Przemysław “Quazarre” Olbryt from Devilish Impressions played on guitar as a guest behind the album. Arkadiusz “Aro” Jabłoński at Monroe Sound Studio (Masachist, Vesania) is responsible for the production of the album. The cover was created by Paweł Kuranda, and Fabian Filiks is responsible for the layout.
“The Monolith” will be released on 24th March 2023 as digital and jewelcase CD by Via Nocturna (pre-order).
