ASHES TO OMENS Release New Single “The Tide”

Athens-based hard rock band Ashes to Omens proudly announces the release of their new single, “The Tide,” accompanied by a music video.

The band explains, “As mental health advocates, it was important for us to showcase the desperation that the protagonist is going through in the video. That people understand that loss is hard, but it’s normal. That grief can be overwhelming, but you’re not alone. So we wanted that character to be isolated in every shot in some way, but also having the nuance of him never actually being alone. ‘The Tide’ represents the start of a new time for us as a band. This single is the fourth song from our sophomore EP due out in May of this year and is a nice book end to where we are at.” 

“The Tide” was expertly engineered, mixed, and mastered by Michael Guevarez, ensuring a top-tier auditory experience for listeners. The music video was directed by James Murray and produced and filmed by Halo Union Productions. Grant Butler skillfully edited the video, which was shot on location in Comer, Ga and Driftwood Beach at Jekyll Island.
