Elkapath release heavy industrial track “Break The Static” – out 13/05/26
“Break The Static” is the first single from Elkapath’s upcoming album The Sound of Forgotten Dreams, set for release later this summer.
The new track opens with a hard-hitting synth intro layered with dark industrial elements before launching into a rap-inspired vocal verse with a Maria Brink-style twist. Combined with a high-energy, aggressive chorus, the single marks a bold new direction for the band while still retaining their signature intensity.
The track was written by Elkapath guitarist Simon Steele, with Carla contributing lyrics that perfectly complement the atmosphere and energy of the song.
Mixed and mastered by Simon Steele and Neil Berry, the band have also been touring new material across the UK ahead of the album release.
