GLDN is the sound of a hard reboot.
Born in the noise-rock basements of Brooklyn, the project carved its name into the New York scene, culminating in the distinct honor of serving as the final headlining act for the legendary Saint Vitus Bar before its closure.
Following the end of that era, founder Nicholas Golden took the project offline to retool. The result is a shift from organic punk textures to cold, clinical industrial architecture.
The new single, “Vessel” which was out on (Feb 6, 2026), marks the beginning of this new timeline. Merging the sub-heavy production of modern metal with the rhythmic precision of European EBM, GLDN has constructed a high-fidelity machine designed to critique the “Trauma Economy” – a modern reality where algorithms mine human pain for engagement.
This is no longer just a band in a room. It is a mirror held up to the glitch.
