PowerTribe is an American heavy metal band.

JOHN CHOMINSKY – drums

MISSY PERCIFIELD – vocals, bass, keys

DARREN STROUD – guitars

They originally formed in Los Angeles, California around 2015 and was primarily known as a Progressive Instrumental Rock Guitar Band while focusing on the guitarwork of Darren Stroud.  By 2018, the guitar-centric focus switched to a newer creative writing process, featuring the vocals of Missy Percifield. The band is now known as a female fronted, guitar-driven, heavy metal band.

Their debut release “Prepare for Battle” has received some rave reviews. PowerTribe melds the aesthetics of the heavy metal and American hard rock with lyrical topics on The Last Days and expanding into philosophical and social commentary.

On October 26, 2019, PowerTribe had the opportunity to play together with Quiet Riot at the legendary Whisky a Go-Go in Los Angeles. After their gig they were available for an interview for Metal Crash Radio and Metalheads Forever Magazine, which you can find in the following video:
