‘Taking Balfour’ is a five-piece progressive rock band hailing from Guelph, Ontario. Following the release of their 2020 self-titled debut album, “The Watcher and The Witness” marks the next chapter for TAKING BALFOUR with a completed line-up and preparing for their new full-length releasing later this year.
