Greek progressive metal heavyweights MOTHER OF MILLIONS unveil “The War”, the third single from their upcoming studio album “T”, set for worldwide release on September 11 via ViciSolum Productions.
Accompanied by an official lyric video, the track stands as one of the album’s emotional cornerstones – embodying its themes of resilience, perseverance, and hope. At its core, the track conveys the idea that even in the face of profound darkness and adversity, there remains a reason to endure and continue the fight, as the band explains:
“‘The War’ could serve as a title track for the album, as it stands as a reminder that even in the darkest moments, there is still something worth fighting for. Together, we’ll fly our colors“.
“Τ” is an album born from the tension between devastation and defiance, lyrically connecting 19th-century American poets with 20th-century Greek poets through themes of war, death, and eternity. Fueled by the relentless cycle of wars waged from above and endured from below, the record channels the roar of collapsing worlds and the pulse of those who refuse to be crushed by them.
From the opening moments, the album strikes with force, crushing riffs, thunderous rhythms, and vast atmospheric layers.
