Mystigaard’s New Single “The Might of Heroes” Is Now Available on All Major Streaming Services and Features Special Guest Drummer Mark Zonder (Warlord, Ex-Fates Warning)
Heavy metal band Mystigaard has released its new single “The Might of Heroes,” featuring special guest Mark Zonder (Warlord, Ex-Fates Warning) on drums. With a throwback style in the vein of Dio, Manowar, and Fates Warning, the song should excite fans of traditional metal everywhere.

The band is made up of bassist Ted Jedlicki (Thor, Chamber Mage), guitarist Billy Schlump (David Reece touring band), drummer Logan Loebrick (David Reece touring band), and vocalist Terry Westerman. Joining the group on the track, special guest Mark Zondershows why he is regarded as one of the most influential drummers of his time. The songs lyrics were inspired by the ancient Epic of Gilgamesh, but can be related to by any fan of heroic tales. Mixing and mastering was handled by the talented Christoffer Borg (Art Nation).
Mystigaard will make its live debut at the Legions of Metal festival in Chicago, May 2nd& 3rd, alongside Toxic Holocaust, Crimson Glory, Seven Spires, and many others. The group continues to record songs for their full-length debut and is booking more shows across the U.S.
