Animae Silentes Interview
By Keith Clement (Editor-In-Chief)
Greetings from Metalheads Forever Magazine, How are you doing today?
Doing great, thank you!
Can you tell us how the band was formed?
The band was formed in 2015 after Alessandro and Tomas met for the first time. They wanted
to play something together so they started to talk about it, and a few time later the band was
ready to go
How has the journey in music so far for you guys?
So far so good! of course we had great moments and bad moments, that’s just like how things
go. But we can say that being part of this journey and being able to play in amazing places is
always great and overwhelming
In your recent statement you said you guys are into studio and will be making a new album,
can you tell us about it?
Yes! well, first of all we have to say that the upcoming release is going to be an EP, not a full
album! So don’t expect a 10 tracks full length, that one will come out a bit later maybe.
Anyway, we are definitely taking a different direction with this new release. The sound will
be heavier and darker, and we will also use much more growl and scream singing. We are also
working very hard to create the atmosphere the songs need, and that comes with the right
sounds and arrangements
Is the new album going to be much heavier than the earlier ones, what are the changes you
have planned to bring in to the album?
pretty much what we mentioned in the previous question! it’s going to be pretty different
from the first album, even if you can still surely tell it’s us!
What is the one thing you want to tell your soon to be fans about Animae Silentes?
Hey guys! check us out if you like dark and heavy music, you won’t regret it!
What are the plans for 2019?
Well, we are performing at Metal Days festival in June! then the next steps will be releasing
the album and start touring again as soon as possible!
Do you have a message for the fans?
Hey guys, thank you for all the support you give us everyday! take care, can’t wait to see you
all at the gigs! cheers
