Only death is real. On January 15th and 16th (a Friday and Saturday), Beta in Copenhagen, Denmark will host the first Emanzipation Death Fest. The event will run a whole set of Emanzipation Productions death metal bands, including a Danish horde (Detest, Shadowspawm, Arsenic Addict) and a Swedish invasion of not-to-be-missed-live names such as Puteraeon, Toxaemia and Turbocharged.
For Toxaemia is even their debut playing on Danish soil. Bassist Pontus Cervin states: “What a way to start a new year! Creating chaos and mayhem in Copenhagen, we are undoubtedly, exceedingly fired up for this one! And that lineup over the weekend!!! Ridiculously good! Putraeon, Turbocharged, Detest, Shadowspawn, Arsenic Addict plus I hear we are turning up too. It will be our first time playing in Denmark, so that is some weekend planned there, it’s going to be nuts!“.
