Providing further information about its next splendid release, Insolace shares: “In its simplest form, this is a song about self sabotage. It’s about always knowing what choice would make your life easier but always choosing the chaotic side, maybe because you enjoy it or maybe just because that’s what’s normal to you. There’s comfort in chaos if you’re in it long enough. It’s also about not knowing what’s right and wrong. Not being taught or never truly understanding things aside from your own perspective. What’s right to me maybe wrong to you you and the other way round is also true. I think a lot of people will relate to this feeling – we’ve all known the healthy path to go down yet chose the opposite route because who knows, maybe it’s more fun? Maybe not. Ultimately the song is about taking responsibility for your own actions and realizing if your life is spiraling out of control it’s only you who can get yourself back on the right path – whatever that may be.“
