Interview With Vicky Psarakis
The Montreal, Canadian band The Agonist releases their Sixth Studio album this September, and it was a privilege to have a few words with the most beautiful Vocalist Vicky Psarakis. The Band was formed in 2004 and had a few line up changes and Vicky Psarakis joined the band 2014. The current line-up are

Hello Keith, Just chillin in my home here in Chicago
Orphans was released on 20th September, what do you feel about this new one when compared to Five?
We are so excited about The Orphans, We are more confident with the new album, We want to make a difference to the new album, hopefully fans would love this new album.
What is Orphans all about?
The title is not specific to something, It’s about us The Agonist, we did it all by ourselves, so we called it as Orphans
How is the journey with The Agonist so far?
It has been amazing so far, everyone is the band is good to me and welcoming, An energetic band and the music that I love and is a great opportunity, and lot of good vibes here in the band
Is there a particular reason for the same kind of Vocals that Alissa had with the band?
That is what The Agonist is all about, and they wanted to keep it that way.
What do feel that is the best to be with The Agonist?
Touring and meeting other amazing bands and more over connecting with the fans and lately filming our videos, I really love doing these videos, Chris our bassist makes the videos.
What are the plans for the band?
Touring Quebec and in November to December we will be touring in Europe.
Tell us about your Greek roots?
I was born in the US and at the Age of 10 I moved back to Greece, at the age of 25 I returned back to US and living in Chicago.
Do you have a message for the fans?
A Very big thank you to each and everyone of you, and without you fans we will not be here. Come to see us play somewhere near you.
