The new single from the band Kryour, which has established itself as one of the prominent names in the Brazilian metal scene, arrived on digital platforms and also on YouTube on May 5th. The quartet made the song “Colorful” available via streaming, as well as released a super-produced music video.
With an aggressive and melodic sound, which shows new horizons and possibilities for heavy music, Kryour presents its growing fan base with a sound full of musical references, which underpin a solid work, which continues to rise rapidly.
Modern sounds show that the band looks to the future, willing to produce work without being tied to labels, while not giving up the weight and melodies inherent in heavy music, styles such as melodic death metal and metalcore.
The single “Colorful” is a release by Outono Music, a label specialized in rock and metal, with distribution by the major Universal Music, world leader in the music segment.

In order to explore even more new artistic perspectives, the group continues working, aiming to release an EP later this year. Formed in 2014, five years later, they released their debut album, ‘Where Treasures Are Nothing’, a conceptual work that revolves around facts from birth to death and addresses human values and overcoming difficulties. The work, consisting of eleven original tracks, was produced by Diego Castro, and the art cover was in charge of Carlos Fides (Evergrey, Narnia, Shaman).
With the great repercussion between the public and the specialized media, Kryour had another important moment when opening a concert of a the world’s prog metal giant, Symphony X. In 2020, it was one of the winning bands of the cultural contest New Rock Bands, which had more than 700 entries. The current formation of Kryour has Gustavo Iandoli (vocals and guitar), Guba Oliveira (guitar), Gustavo Muniz (bass) and Matt Carrilho (drums).
