MASS WORSHIP – Enter “New Dark Age”
Following their successful 3-week European tour with Lik Sweden’s MASS WORSHIP releases a new song titled “New Dark Age,”. The band’s latest offering is a haunting, six-minute journey through a hellish musical landscape that explores humanity’s response to rapid technological advancement.

The band explains: “Inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s quote about the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents, ‘New Dark Age’ delves into the idea of how recent technological advancements may lead to the piecing together of dissociated knowledge, unveiling terrifying aspects of reality. The song raises the question of whether humanity will confront these new challenges or retreat into the peace and safety of a new dark age. We continue our journey to express humanity’s current state of affairs and underlying suppressed emotions through our music, and ‘New Dark Age’ is no exception.”
“New Dark Age” is the first song to feature electronic work from newly recruited guitarist Simon Söderberg, adding a new dimension to MASS WORSHIP’s sound. Fans of the band can expect a powerful and immersive experience, with the song’s driving rhythm and haunting vocals combining to create a truly intense musical experience. The song was produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by drummer Fred Forsberg at his Fvck Life Studios.
