All My Life is the debut single off the highly anticipated sophomore album by Never Elected. It is one of the many turbulent tales that Never Elected sing about in their upcoming album, aptly titled Turbulent (released via Sliptrick Records on Dec 12th, 2023).
The song begins with a rhyme that the protagonist’s grandma sang to him regularly as a toddler, mocking his appearance, and ends with the ironic and poignant tagline of a profoundly dysfunctional family: ‘We are a Normal Family’. It is a brief passionate rant on the hypocrisy and self-serving agendas exhibited by both friends and family.
