Hinkka: ”The song ”Blood Of A Virgin” was inspired by documentaries about predators in positions of trust. They made me think of how easily power can be abused and trust is broken, but also allowed to imagine a tale of vigilantism and revenge for these actions. Needless to say, the horrific things this song is about, shouldn’t have happened and should not happen ever again.
This song would deserve a good video, because its story could easily be made into a (very graphic) short movie. Who knows, maybe one day that could be possible…but for now, it will be all about the listener’s imagination. I hope you enjoy it!”
