Belarusian progressive doom/death metal band CRYPT OF REASON has released their second single, ‘Illusions of Meanings,’ a track from their upcoming debut full-length album Stargazer, set for international release on September 24th.

The band comments on the single: “This is perhaps the most “classically structured” song on Stargazer, in that it follows some kind of a verse/chorus pattern. It’s also one of our favorite tracks on the album, and it would be difficult to imagine it without this song.”

CRYPT OF REASON hails from Homiel, Belarus. Formed in 2008, the band released only one EP in 2013. They had nearly completed writing their debut LP when Pavel, the main songwriter, passed away unexpectedly in 2016. Despite this tragedy, the band has persevered and is proud to present “Stargazer” as a tribute to his memory.
