Fast-rising Brit grunge metallers, RAZE, will unveil their monstrous debut album, Pyrography, through all major platforms on Friday 28th July, via One Eyed Toad Records. The engrossing hard-hitters have revealed their powerful new single and video, Maple – https://youtu.be/EDkJ3TEwEAQ

Drawing in from everyone from Alter Bridge, Machine Head, Tremonti, and Lamb Of God, RAZE adeptly meld groove metal, prog, and grunge all together, and in doing so have produced a sound that is incredibly inviting and deeply unique. Coming at you from Hertfordshire, UK, the initial roots of the band were sown when founding member and vocalist Louis Dunham was a late teen in college. However, it wasn’t until last year when bassist Sam Trueman entered the fold that the band began to solidify and truly make their mark within the music scene. Featuring two talented guitarists in Daniel Eveleigh and Jack Ilott, and a powerhouse drummer in the shape of Ethan Morter, the emerging quintet are going from strength to strength, and are braced for a swift ascension in 2023.

With a budding live reputation spurred on by a slew of high-octane performances, RAZE have already played shows with Heart Of A Coward and Chris Holmes/WASP. Their recent singles, Pyrography , Better Off Alone and Blue Sky Vengeance, have only added to the band’s growing momentum. The hotly-tipped heavy rock unit will now surge forward with the release of their debut album, Pyrography. The record is years in the making and is stacked with potent edgy riffage, soaring vocal melodies, and structures that have been methodically constructed. A series of live shows are also in the works to coincide with the album launch. Look out for further singles and videos during the coming weeks.
