SWEDISH METALCORE ACT SOLITUDE ARE BACK WITH NEW SINGLE AND MUSIC VIDEO ‘LIKE A METEOR’
Solitude is making their comeback and is set to release new material in 2023 mixed, mastered, and produced by Henrik Udd who’s known for bands like Adept, Architects, Bring Me The Horizon, Dayseeker, and Imminence to name a few.
With Like A Meteor the band have entered some new territory – bringing in more electronic elements and mixing it up with organic elements like strings and choirs. A lot of experimenting was done – the melody on the main riff is a classic mellotron (old tape sampler made famous by The Beatles).
“We ran the mellotron through a guitar amp with distortion and got something we never heard before.” After a ten year hiatus the band are extremely excited to release these new songs.

Solitude is a Metalcore band from Sweden founded in 2006. The band has since developed its own sound mixing emotive singing with screaming, melodic riffs with heavy breakdowns, electronic elements with classical instruments. The band is set to release new material 2023 mixed and produced by Henrik Udd.
