The song is a digital success story that still streams over 2 million times and has enjoyed an exciting beyond-viral moment on TikTok. It appears on DISPOSE.
“Never in a million years would we have imagined something like this happening in our career,” says Tewers. “Very humbled and thankful to everyone who’s had our backs throughout the last decade.”
The band recently shared “FEEL NOTHING (RESET).” Listen to the song and watch the visualizer here. The Plot In You delivered an absolutely gorgeous and cinematic rendition of the fan favorite track. Through additional sonic elements, such as dark strings and bold percussion, the band took a fresh and invigorating approach to the already-loved original. This orchestral version of the track was mixed by the aforementioned Cervini.
In other Plot news, the band has shared the video for the brand new song “Divide.” Watch it here.
“Divide” was produced by Tewers and mixed by Zakk Cervini (Bring Me The Horizon, MGK, Yungblood). The song deftly demonstrates both the heavy and melodic side of the band, all the while exploring unchartered lyrical territory.
ABOUT THE PLOT IN YOU:
TPIY dropped their fifth album Swan Song last year via Fearless Records. The album is available here. After racking up over 100 million streams and receiving praise from Billboard, Rock Sound, Alternative Press, and more, The Plot In You crafted an album that addresses the end of various things and situations in life. It was a way for the members to expunge some negative things from their lives through their art. With this record, the band stared down years of negativity, soured friendships, disappointment, and mistakes and catalyzed those experiences into hammering distortion, towering melodies, epic production, and unapologetically cathartic lyrics. It’s an album that their fans and beyond will intimately and instantly relate to.
