If you like old school Death Metal, like Carcass, Napalm Death and and Benediction, then you will like this album for sure. It’s a -track album that will blow your mind. I guarantee you. Let’s start with the first one: “Other Than Divine”. It starts with a woman that asks: “Who are?”. Afterward, Gary’s drums and Matt’s guitar kicks off. It’s a good track and Dan vocals are awesome. The beat blasts amazingly. This is great.
Hold on! There’s more to talk. You will want to headband from the first minute, as soon you hear this album, especially with “Draconian Reprisals”. You will want to set free your inner demons. The guitars, drums and bass are very good, but the voice is what motivates this song. For sure! You will understand why.
What impresses the most on “Selfless”, are the drums. Gary clearly knows how to make magic and has a natural and magic touch.
“Through Gaslit Halls” is a must have on this album, especially when both vocals, from Matt and Dan blend so well. Once you hear it, you will know why.
With this album, the boys have grown up and develop. If you liked their debut: “Look Past The Gore And See The Art”, you will for sure this enjoy this one. The album builds upon the punk fuelled foundations, which shows advancing in speed, clarity and technically.
Special guests: Phil “LandPhil” Hall and Max Otero. A must have.
