The Brazilian Old School Thrash Metal band Sacrifix has officially released the lyric video for “Let’s Thrash”, the title track of their latest EP.

Designed by Wanderley Perna (W Designer and bassist for Genocídio), the video is now streaming on the band’s official YouTube channel and showcases the raw and chaotic energy Sacrifix has been delivering since day one.

Get ready for sonic chaos!” the band proclaims. “‘Let’s Thrash’ is a visceral anthem for true lovers of old school thrash metal. If you live for heaviness, speed, and that classic brutality, this one’s for you. Crank the volume, hit play, and feel the raw energy of the sound. This is our battle cry for those who never gave up on the scene.”

Drawing direct influence from titans like Slayer, Exodus, Sodom, and Kreator, Sacrifix doubles down on its commitment to the essence of classic Thrash Metal. The new EP, also titled “Let’s Thrash”, marks the studio debut of the band’s current lineup: Frank Gasparotto (vocals/guitar), Diego Domingos (guitar), Filippe Tonini (bass), and Fábio ‘Jô’ Moysés (drums). The sound is sharper, more technical, and heavier than ever, showcasing the solid chemistry among the members.

The title track is the first to be co-written by all members and, according to frontman Frank, represents a new era of stability and creative power.

“It might sound cliché, but only true metalheads know the feeling of playing and living this music. Now, we’re re-energized and stronger than ever.”

In addition to the studio version — featuring guest vocals by Pedro Zupo (Living Metal) and gang vocals in the best D.R.I. and S.O.D. tradition — the EP includes five more tracks recorded live during rehearsal sessions. These raw, energetic renditions breathe new life into the band’s older songs.

“Let’s Thrash” was recorded at Tori Studios (Diadema/SP), with rehearsals tracked at Armazém Studio (São Paulo/SP). The EP was produced by Sacrifix in collaboration with Marco Nunes, who also handled mixing and mastering duties.

With this release, Sacrifix not only reaffirms its place among the leading names in Brazilian Thrash Metal scene, but also sets the stage for their upcoming full-length album, expected by late 2025.
