Curtain Call Records today releases Blue Moon, the new six-track collection from California singer-songwriter, guitarist and pianist Reid Haessly. “Games” leads the six-track collection, following the release of “Games (Rock)” and bringing the song back into focus alongside Haessly’s established catalog.

Haessly has spent years developing a sound rooted in Americana, acoustic rock and soul, built around guitar, piano, voice and straightforward songwriting. Blue Moon brings six tracks together in a focused collection that reflects that approach without trying to manufacture a new identity for an artist who has already built an extensive catalog.

At the center of the release is “Games.” Originally appearing on Haessly’s 2019 album Angels Flight, the song later received a rock-oriented release as “Games (Rock)” in 2024.
