For many years Bradley Allen was the man behind the drum kit, laying the groove down for hard rock bands such as Autumn Rove and 745, but a desire to do more with his music and not be held back by the ability/availability of others forced him to the front of the stage, sometimes performing drums, playing guitar and singing all at the same time!

“Closer To You” was the first track penned, a hearkening back to better days of just being a kid and having fun. The video even features scenes from his childhood and stars old friends, as well as Bradley’s own parents.

Coco says, “A lot of songs about the past are always the hard memories, but there are good times to remembered and it’s important to reflect on that, as well. This song is about me growing up and thinkin ’bout all the good times.”

The music video, filmed by Neil Cowley, premiered at the Godsize Records YouTube page today and is available everywhere digitally.

“I’m honored to be releasing this tune to the world for my good buddy, Brad.” Godsize founder Nic Bell says, “We have been working together for many years here in Central Illinois and I can’t say i know many that grind harder or possess the drive he does. I’m very proud of him and of this song.”

Recorded over the course of the pandemic by Matt Rush at Oak Lake Studio outside Peoria, IL., Brad called on some of the best session players on this one to take part and turn his vision into reality, including Left4Dead guitarist Tony Ahten.

Please do enjoy this honest and heartfelt song and look for more coming music from B.A.C. to drop very soon!
