What was the beginning pint for your music career? How did it all start?
(Zach) For me it started with playing school talent shows and such, and then slowly getting other gigs in the community.
Was there any bumps on the road? What kind of challenges did you have to deal with?
(Ethan) Honestly we’re in the bump right now. In our career so far it’s try to get shows to make a name, but a lot of the time people want the artist who’s already famous as opposed to the band that’s getting started, which makes it hard to get out there and become the band people want.
What was the most fulfilling and satisfying moment so far?
(Leo) We played a local venue where the manager gave us the first 20$ bill she ever made. That was a pretty satisfying wholesome moment.
How would you describe the music that you typically create?
(Zach) Hard driving rock, fuelled by gasoline, anger, and the desire to help make the world a better place.
What is your creative process like?
(Ethan) Our creative process is different for pretty much different for every song. Sometimes someone comes up with a line or riff to share with the others, sometimes we’ll have full out lyrics and just need music or vice versa, sometimes we come up with the idea and write around that. It’s different all the time, but that opens us up to more styles and keeps us fresh.
If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
(Leo) Write songs instead of stealing them, and make sure to pay quality musicians to make music.
If you were asked to give a piece of advice to upcoming bands, what would that be?
(Zach) Be versatile enough to play anywhere, and well rehearsed enough to play at a moment’s notice. Also always use a tuner.
What has been the best performance of your career so far?
(Ethan) The best performance of our career so far has probably been the Trunk 7 Music Festival in 2019. The energy was high, the crowd was into it, we played our hardest, and put on a good show.
If you didn’t become a musician, what would you be doing now?
(Leo) I’m in school right now so, there’s that.
What is new with the band at the moment? What are you currently working on and would like to share with the world?
(Zach) In a few weeks we will be going into the studio again to record three new singles, and we’ll also be working on a video for our song Problem Child in the next month.
