We only ever thought of doing Hammerfest once in Birmingham, however as fate would allow we got the opportunity to change it back as that’s what was requested by the majority of fans as we can see from this week’s Metal Horde who are descending into Birmingham in their thousands.

Hammerfest 14 will take place back in Brum, namely the beautiful 02 Academy Birmingham where we stage another 2 day, 3 arena event on the 11th & 12th of February 2023 with a Royalty only Pre-Party on the 10th. There is no better way to kick start the year than with a fresh fix of Metal and this is just the ticket.

Prices are killer at only £35 standard, £55 Royalty with no booking fee until the offer closes on Sunday 13th February 2022 midnight.

LORDI
The rock/heavy metal band, LORDI, was officially founded in 1992 by singer, songwriter and designer, Mr Lordi. The band is deeply rooted in Finland and originally comes from Rovaniemi in Northern Lapland. In 2006, the band achieved their international breakthrough with their participation in the Eurovision Song Contest (“Hard Rock Hallelujah”). So far, so good. Everyone has been talking about Finnish Monster Rockers, LORDI, since their spectacular victory at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2006. With charm and rousing melodies along with elaborate and curious plastic monster costumes, this unconventional formation has rocked its way into Europe’s spotlight.

PRIMORDIAL
Irish metal band Primordial first hit the metal scene in 1991 and have gone on to build a solid fanship ever since. About to release their ninth album ‘Exile Amongst The Ruins’ via Metal Blade Records worldwide. No compromise, not then, not now, not ever.

Founded in 1978 by John Mortimer, Holocaust was so named with the idea in mind that a Heavy Metal band should have an impact like that of a nuclear bomb exploding. Heavy Metal was a new concept in those days and Holocaust made history with their first release in 1980 as the 12″ single Heavy Metal Mania was the first commercial release to feature the term Heavy Metal in the title.
