Frozen Tears – Modern Day Of Pure Steel Hard Rock But Still Staying Classic

Melbourne, Australia’s Frozen Tears formed of duo Thanis Akritidis on Vocals and Jon Powers on Guitars/Keyboards & Bass was formed in 1996, their debut “Silence Of The Night” was released in 1997. The duo returned like a storm in 2021 with their sophomore album “Brazen Whisper”.

While Silence Of The Night showcased the talent of the duo and set a stage decades after their first release the men has stayed strong and given a huge comeback with not just an amazing album, but given a professional and much more lyrically and musically the genius they are.

Brazen Whisper is a 7 tracked album, Each song brilliantly done, The Songwriting, musical orchestration, Vocals, everything is so mesmerising in the album.

I really can’t say there is a top song, I would really love to quote one, but I really can’t do it. This album is a masterpiece of a hard rock record.

Each song has its awesomeness in its own way, the melodies, the power of riffs, the vocal of Thanis and Jon Powers insane guitar skills are just mind blowing.

It sometimes takes to the good old days of the early hard rock ages of 80s, with a modern blend but the classic sound stays which makes it sound more amazing.

The finale “C’mon & Love Me” taken from KISS 1975 album “Dressed To Kill” a brilliant choice for an cover and say what, this did justice and brilliant work on this.

To end this is a brilliant album, great piece of musicianship, You haven’t checked this out, Do it, this is something you are going to love it for many years.
