The Brazilian Thrashers of EMBRIO, who are already resuming their touring schedule, will make a violent re-debut live performance of their new line-up at EstUdio Bon Scott, in Corbelia, Parana, on October 31 (Halloween), from 8pm (brazilian time), simultaneously broadcast on the studio’s Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channel (@estudiobonscott) at www.youtube.com/estudiobonscott.

Currently, EMBRIO are Emerson Pereira (vocals/guitar), Bruno Heleno (guitar), Daniel Be (bass) and the recent returnee, Lucas Nascimento (drums), and with this team they worked throughout the #covid19 pandemic on the composition of new tracks for the successor to the highly praised album “Karmadoom” (2017), scheduled for release in the first half of 2022. At the same time, in September the band released a free compilation entitled “No Memories (2005-2021)”, containing 17 tracks covering the band’s prolific career, three of them being re-recorded. They have also made available digitally several rare demos from the beginning of their career on their official Bandcamp profile.

More details:

Formed in Cascavel, Parana, Brazil, the band EMBRIO emerged in 2005 with the aim of spreading their Thrash Metal full of aggressiveness, energy and visceral groove, strongly influenced by bands such as SepulturaSoulfly and Machine Head. Founded by Emerson Pereira (vocals/guitar), they had many line-up changes and even opened shows for great national and international bands, such as Ratos de PoraoSepulturaKrisiunProject46ClaustrofobiaKuazarHavok and Paul Di’Anno (formerly Iron Maiden).

Their discography consists of five studio albums and one of rarities, all highly praised by the specialized critics, where each one offers a more and more mature and diversified sound, while maintaining a personality full of solid, technical and modern compositions. In 2017, due to the aggressive and instigating album “Karmadoom”, the band was invited to play with the Cascavel Symphony Orchestra at the event “A Volta ao Mundo do Rock”. Still untitled, the new album is currently in the process of being written and recorded and is expected to be released in the first half of 2022.
